General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of all services, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and features available on jittawin. The Platform operates as an English-language online casino and sports betting service targeting players based in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English, and all account communications, bonus terms, support correspondence, and game instructions are made available in English.

jittawin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Account Registration

Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on jittawin is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jittawin account within seconds of confirmation. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours, Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
• Transaction Fees: jittawin does not charge any internal processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which jittawin accepts no responsibility.
• Own Funds Only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party funds to deposit on jittawin is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. jittawin reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing withdrawals of significant amounts.

Bonuses & Promotions

jittawin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general bonus terms apply across all jittawin promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to players who have not previously held an account on jittawin.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to your jittawin account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the individual bonus terms for each offer.

• Abuse and Fraud: jittawin reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where it has reason to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play between players, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in bad faith.

Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on jittawin, you acknowledge and agree to the following rules governing all gaming and betting activity on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by jittawin. The Platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has concluded, bets suspected of arbitrage, or bets that exceed the applicable maximum stake limits.

• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the event does not conform to its stated format; the bet was placed on an erroneous price due to a manifest error; or any other circumstance rendering fair settlement impossible. Void bets are refunded in full to the player's account balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jittawin and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jittawin, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated tools to interact with jittawin in a manner that circumvents the Platform's intended functionality or gains an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities on jittawin to gain an advantage. Any winnings resulting from an identified bug or error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including charge-backs, reversal of deposits, or use of stolen payment credentials.

Account Closure & Self-Exclusion

Players have the right to close their jittawin account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jittawin. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and wagering conditions on active bonuses.

Self-Exclusion: jittawin offers a formal self-exclusion programme for players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their wellbeing. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted via the responsible gaming section of your account settings or by contacting support at support@jittawin. Once activated, self-exclusion prevents the player from accessing their jittawin account for a minimum period of 12 months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period has expired.

Platform-Initiated Closure: jittawin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, where it determines that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required by applicable law or internal compliance procedures. In such cases, jittawin will provide written notification to the player's registered email address, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.
